1975 – B.S. Degree from Edgewood College in Special Education, minor in math

1985 – B.A. Degree from UW-Madison in Music Education

2007 – M.A. Degree from Edgewood College in Education Administration

2013 – Honorary Doctorate Degree from Lewis University, Romeoville, IL

Member of the Harvard 2021 ALI Cohort – Advanced Leadership Initiative, now in its 14th year.   With 1,000 applicants from around the world, only 50 are selected each year to dive into deep discussions about critical needs, world issues, global warming, mental and physical health efforts, racial and gender equity, economic and government ethics and leadership and so much more!  Diane Ballweg was in a cohort with people from 13 other countries and 11 different states, and the year was one of unique opportunity and growth!

2000 – Earned Complex and High Performance Aircraft Rating, Madison, WI

1978-79 – K-8 Music and 7-8 teacher at St. Mary of the Lake School, Waunakee, WI

1980-2000 – Owner and teacher at The Perfect Octave Music Studio, pre-K to adult
